Freelance Work
I have designed a variety of print as well as digital materials for different small shops and businesses nationwide. Freelancing has allowed me to put my skills to the test, learn how to better communicate my ideas, and build lasting client relationships. Projects have included branding, rebranding, logo design, illustrations, social media graphics, packaging, website design, product photography, and lifestyle content creation. Here are a few examples of some different branding projects I’ve completed over the past year.
I developed a logo and brand identity for a small Etsy shop. The Baked Stone creates hand-made, terra cotta clay stones to use as an efficient smoking tool & accessory. The client wanted an ethereal look that incorporated her signature terra cotta clay color.
I designed a logo and branding identity for Asura Path Yoga, a studio located inside General Fitness. I created a set of visual elements to be used for social media, commercial photography, and other marketing materials.
The Asura Path is a term used in Anime, and refers to the ability to augment their own body to summon mechanised armour and various weaponry. Through the path, the user is able to form up to four additional arms. The created icon loosely represents the lotus flower, a common symbol in yoga, and is also meant to allude to the six arms attributed to the Asura Path.
I created the logo, identity, and portfolio website for a renowned local Architectural Designer, Dom Correia. The client wanted his brand to be minimal, clean, and showcase a professional space to highlight the quality and craftsmanship of his work.
I designed a logo and branding identity for Studios Café, a digital marketing agency specializing in marketing strategies and photographic content. They built their business around paying homage to the classic way of getting to know a client over a cup of coffee. They wanted this warm and cozy tradition to be modernized in a sleek and simple way.
I designed a logo and brand identity for a local skincare business, Amina Body Co. Born in Monrovia, Liberia, the company's owner wanted her brand to embrace her native culture.
